MagStir is Zmag’s low energy stirrer for aluminum furnaces. it is a noncontact stirring technology which is maintenance and trouble free. MagStir uses a proprietary permanent magnetic circuit, creating a “force field” in the aluminum to stir molten metal. 

MagStir has been installed around the world and is available in a variety of configurations and sizes for furnaces from 15 – 200 metric tons.
